ASRC Gulf States Constructors, LLC (AGSC) offers Vertical Construction and Construction Management Services (CMS) to commercial and government clients in the Gulf Coast region of the US. ASRC Gulf States Constructors, LLC is wholly owned member of the family of companies that comprises ASRC Construction Holding Company (ACHC).
ACHC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC), the largest of Alaska’s 13 Native Regional Corporations. ASRC is the Native Regional Corporation for the Arctic Slope of Alaska. ASRC is the largest Alaska-owned and operated company and one of the largest minority owned companies in the United States. ASRC’s annual revenues reached 1.6 billion dollars in 2005, and the total work force exceeds 6,600 employees. In late 2005, ASRC reorganized its construction segment under the ASRC Construction Holding Company. ACHC focuses on Alaska and select lower 48 markets, including U. S. government construction work.
